The device goes on the bench. You get a plain-words diagnosis, a fixed quote and a real turnaround time. No surprises later.
Approve, we fix
Only after you say yes do we start. Fixed, tested, warranted. If we cannot fix it, you pay nothing.
A real bench, not a swap shop
Most repair counters replace whole parts and call it a day. We do that too when it is the right call, but the bench goes deeper.
- Board-level skills. Microscope, hot air and micro-soldering. Faults that get a "sorry, buy a new one" elsewhere get repaired here.
- Quality parts, stated plainly. You are told exactly what grade of part is going into your device before you approve the quote.

Fair questions
Do you charge to look at my device?
No. Diagnosis is free. We tell you what is wrong, what the fix costs and how long it takes, and you decide before any work starts. If we cannot fix it, you pay nothing.
How long does a phone screen repair take?
Most phone screens are done the same day, and common models are often turned around in about an hour once the part is on the bench. We confirm the time when you book.
Is my data safe during a repair?
We repair devices, we do not wipe them. Your data stays on your device and is never copied off it. If a repair carries any risk to data we tell you first and help you back up where possible.
Can a water damaged phone actually be saved?
Often, yes. The sooner it reaches the bench the better the odds. We strip it, clean the board ultrasonically, inspect it under the microscope and repair corrosion at board level. Leaving it in rice does not work.
What happens if the repair fails later?
Repairs are covered by a workmanship warranty on the part we fitted and the work we did. If the same fault comes back, bring it back and we make it right.
